Everything was great, nice staff made our stay lovely. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable and bright.

I was upgraded to big and bright standard king room with a "sea view ". Amazingly nice staff, helped me a lot. The location was great, in the European Side district and walking distance to an underground station.

Marvellous location walking distance to a tube station, that was handy. European Side district was definitely worth visiting.

We asked for the standard triple room with 2 beds and it was ready when arrived.

The staff was very friendly and excellent and the place was fairly clean. The room was a nice size and bright with a "sea view ", liked our time there. The breakfast was satisfactory and there was a great selection of brilliant food. The location was magnificent, nearby the train station and easy to find. Cafe Laura's Kitchen located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The personnel was amiable and the rooms were modern. The hotel was set in a central area near tramway, bus and metro station as well as the european side.

My 2 girls and I really enjoyed being there. I were offered an a nice size room with 2 beds, everything was amazing. It was decorated in a comfortable style.

The location was marvellous and excellent, nowhere near the sea with easy access to shopping centres and a bazaar. We stayed in the standard queen room that was bright and with comfy bed.

The breakfasts are satisfactory.

They gave us wheelchair accessible room with a "sea view and that was essential. The food was excellent and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. Staff were cooperative and breakfast was good.

I booked a standard triple room for 7 nights and had a very lovely stay. Having multi-channel television, a seating area and a writing desk was very convenient. The location was great, specially it was close to a ferry port which was useful.

This place is exceptionally comfortable because of the awesome location and city views. The staff are very amiable and excellent, we truly enjoyed them. The standard king room is new-fashioned and has a safe, a mini bar and central heating. The food is brilliant and the breakfast was good. The venue is nearby a train station.

My 9 nights in Istanbul were really lovely. The staff was incredibly nice and amiable in all services. I enjoyed modern room with city views. The bed was comfy and so were the pillows. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Istanbul.

The location is marvellous, in break fast area. Bursa Iskender Kebapcisi, where you can eat, is not too far away from from here.

Our hotel is set in a central location not far from trams, and bursa. You won't be disappointed if you stay in European Side district. The restaurant serves amazing local food.

it was a good experience. i loved this low budget hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. the venue had a central location to shopping centre. further, it was close enough to trams, the sea and bursa.

We loved rooms and staff. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.
