The service at this brand-new hotel was very good. The staff were genuinely helpful and very amiable without being intrusive. Beautifully designed and good-sized room which had an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and air conditioner. Had amazing and fab meal in the courtyard.

The room was functional and budget with smoke detectors for my safety. The hotel had a central setting near all of the sights. Also, The Rolling Bridge was placed nearby.

Exceptional and really good staff and unique accommodation. Delicious breakfast, reasonably spacious room.

Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel was nicely decorated and fairly clean, it had perfect and magnificent location in front of the ataturk attacks memorial.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were awful.

The rooms were budget and modern with fantastic amenities, balcony, for example, just what was needed. The staff was genuinely helpful and very friendly and always on disposal.

This hotel was located in a very central area just off eating options in the neighbourhood as well as the center of the city.

It was a stylish hotel in a good area, close to the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sofia, and the main historic highlights. It had very central location close to an innovative gallery. The staff were both exceptional and extremely gracious. Friendly service was provided here.

Newly remodelled hotel with excellent wi-fi, the location was perfect in the center of Sultanahment. I was given twin room with an ironing set, an electronic key card, and a TV. I enjoyed a modern style. Stayed for 4 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I would come here again.

All in all our stay was really really nice, nothing too much trouble. The place was clean, we booked the twin room with city views, everything was very good. There were comfy beds and an ironing set, an electronic key card and a TV inside the room.

The staff was not very friendly.

The room was decent size, there was a large bathroom. The location was magnificent and strategic, within easy walking distance of a Holy mosque.

trendy boutique hotel in a beautiful area of istanbul. accommodating staff, good service. brilliant and strategic location, minutes from a mosque and a palace etc. situated only 1 km from basilica cistern. the authentic restaurant on the premises.

There were central heating, iron/ironing board and an electronic key card in my standard double room. Got an amazing breakfast offered more options. The staff was honest and extremely great at all times.

well-equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower. the downtown is within 15 minutes' walk.

The hotel was in an Awesome location. Property was situated adjacent to tourist destinations like basilica cistern. It was definitely 3 stars for us😃
