Amara Old City Hotel & Spa

The property is fairly clean and pleasant. The rooms are fairly quiet and perfect with a single window to the outside, an extra bed, as for instance and the staff are welcoming. There is a great selection of fabulous food for breakfast. It offers good services. Recommend this place to everyone.

I appreciated the hotel overall. Had fairly nice stay in two nights with friendly staff and magnificent location close to the historical center. Twin room I stayed at was modern with balcony.

Our accommodation was set in a central location not far from the tram, train & near to marmaray train station and Sultanahmet is a 12 minute walk away. The breakfasts were satisfactory with a great view, couldn't ask for anything better.

Fairly clean and pleasant accom with marvellous and magnificent location very close to the metro station, Sultanahmet is a 12 minute walk away and Polo with 3 times less prices than in Taksim. Nice stuff and management.

Everything is really good, good value, wonderful hotel overall. The room is absolutely perfect and modern, comes with an extra bed and a single window to the outside.

The units are fairly quiet and cosy exactly as on the photos. The location is marvellous and magnificent, 15 minutes' walk to a neoclassical museum.

This location was magnificent and incredible, near Blue Mosque, Hagi Sofia and other tourist sites, Istanbul and the city center and the center.

Comfy beds, a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and television in the room. The views over street. Central location perfect to walk to sight seeing. And short walk to restaurants, Defacto and Sultanahmet.

Overall nice stay in two nights. Clean place with respectful staff members and courtyard views. Location short walk to Istanbul as well as all historical places. Also, between two tram stations. The rooftop bar onsite.

We recommend this hotel, spent here good 4 nights. The room itself was fine here with a double bed and balcony. An electric kettle and glassware were very handy...

This property was clean and perfect! My room was new-fashioned and perfect room with balcony and a double bed. It was nice to have coffee/tea makers and glassware available. This accommodation was in the central location good in old town. Spent here 1 good day and will certainly stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, location fantastic helpful in helping us get to the airport, pleasantly surprised by OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING staff and quiet atmosphere. Cosy room, spacious, with balcony and a double bed. Local food options. Easy check in and very good service. Rooftop bar and nice pool.

Magnificent location, quite a walk from Ataturk. And just off the metro station sirkesi, Taksim and all cafes on back street. Breakfast with a great view.
