The room we had included a balcony and a kitchenette area. Stayed for 5 nights, the staff was polite during all this time.

The property is clean; clean and impressive rooms; comfy bed. The location is magnificent and brilliant, near everything. Plus, it's in Taksim district, close enough to metro station and bus station and supermarket: D

Location: the hotel was not far from restaurant and very safe area as well as metro station and bus station. In the evening we visited Zucca Pizza it was nearby.
