Had central location close to 212 outlet centre. The staff were very competent and excellent, nothing to complain about.

Fantastic place, it was exceptionally clean and had amicable and excellent staff especially the the Manager at check out. The room was brand-new and tidy, included with a kettle and very comfortable bed. The location was awesome, so close to Hicret Camii. I enjoyed the hotel overall.

Particularly nice views, perfect service with parking on site. Late check out. Good and unbeatable location in Istanbul right by istanbol mall, and the Istanbul airport.

We were upgraded to double room with amenities on check in. The location was comfortable, next to outlets, Masco and mall of Istanbul and Near to the Airport, in a pretty quiet area.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

We ate at a good restaurant with authentic Turkish food. We had a personal safe, air conditioning, and a minibar.

Everything was excellent, however a few employees were a little rude.

Simply stunning and wonderful hotel located near metro station. Well furnished room itself with a kettle. Savoury breakfast selection, very competent staff. The pool area is very clean too. What a real good stay, nothing to complain about.

This hotel was located in a central area right by the airport, and Masco and mall. Ate at Simit Evi Istoc, it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Spotlessly clean and ideal place with responsive staff with main desk to manager. The most important - peaceful location in an area which requires to use taxi or have car. Also - next to Mall of Istanbul and outlet 212, the taxis and the new IST airport;))

The hotel was perfect and located in a quiet area. The staff were exceptional and the setting was comfortable and perfect. There were a shopping centre and a market around the property. It was a comfortable experience.

The breakfasts are savoury and delicious with plenty of options.

Overall - perfect place with extremely helpful staff with main desk to manager. Location - absolutely perfect, near mall of Istanbul and the nearest metro and/or tram station, Turkey, and CNR center. And 15 mins walk to Mall of Istanbul.

Enjoyed our stay in this absolutely stunning and comfortable hotel with the EFFICIENT staff. The double room we stayed in were nicely furnished. The location was convenient and absolutely perfect, to grocery store with easy access to shopping malls and a big shopping mall.

I had a real good time at this hotel and would come here again. I enjoyed how the venue looked, wonderful place. The facilities in the triple room were good, beds were very comfy.

Warm and spotless units with a kettle, very comfortable bed, as for instance. Tasty and delicious breakfast and excellent food. Location very close to the new airport and downtown as well as istanbol mall.

The restaurant was nice with authentic Turkish food with great dinner, I tried delicious dishes.

Location: the hotel was next to city center and tourist attractions and mall of Istanbul and the nearest metro and/or tram station. Also, we were only 5 minutes drive to Mall of Istanbul...

Easy base for a 1-night stay. I liked the private bathroom. Plus, it has free parking on site:)))

We liked it, its location and food. We had a standard triple room with a view to city. We recommend & will be back.
