The venue is spotlessly clean and huge with pleasant and amicable staff members. Soundproof rooms and functional with an extra bed and the bathroom. Excellent food for dinner and breakfast. Excellent and perfect location on the outskirts of the central area, easy to get anywhere. Next door to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

It was impeccably clean place, staff were really polite and pleasant, and I thoroughly enjoyed my nicely furnished room. I ate at a good restaurant at The 10th floor open. Everything was perfect, but a few employees were very rude. The service was excellent, no complaints whatsoever. Got complimentary 24-hour housekeeping - they really care about guests.

Unbeatable location near to many shops, pleasant staff, everything was good. The room was reasonably spacious on a welcome note, with essentials required. This was my excellent stay on vacation.

The units were silent and the staff were pleasant people from a waiter.

The superior king room was functional, it had an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and a personal safe.

The staff was very, very nice, with nice attitude. The breakfast was relatively cheap and there were a great selection of options.

Staff were very polite, atmosphere was family, it had stunning location just next door to the sea, bars or restaurants in the immediate area, and coffee places.

Make sure to get family king suite with the fridge as well as an extra bed. The location is very central.

Accommodation was huge and recently renovated with pleasant and welcoming stuff in reception desk. I really enjoyed the location that was very central and just off bars or restaurants in the immediate area, the nearest metro station and restaurants, public transportation, exchange currency. Besiktas district was worth visiting.

The venue was ideal, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was marvellous just off many good restaurants and several modern malls and supermarkets, comfortable and coffee places. Had grand deluxe king room with an extra bed and wake-up service was available in it.

Recently refurbished and reasonably clean place with exceptionally attentive staff in reception desk. Cheap breakfast with fab products. Early check-in, very special location near Dedeman and both Taksim and Sultanahmet districts.

Functional superior king room with views of city.

Ideal place, it was immaculately clean and had wonderfully friendly staff in reception desk. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect close to Zorlu shopping centre, close to a tube station. Besides, Yildiz Park was 2 km away from the property.

Brand-new and functional units with an extra bed. An electronic key card, a work desk, and coffee/tea making machines were nice. Excellent particularly good location, close to public transport. Plus, walking distance to Yildiz Hamidiye Camii.

I asked for grand deluxe king room, it was modest and silent. Got the view of city.

The location was particularly good and I could use private parking on-site. Found Kebabi near the hotel where I had supper. Had modest, silent room with Bath Tub as well as a kingsize bed including breakfast.

Will be returning here soon, liked this place, thanks. They have wheelchair accessible rooms with the fridge, a welcome note, an extra bed and care about everyone. Marvellous and perfect location, it's found very close to a subway station. The restaurant serves healthy Turkish food.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very very good stay during his holidays. Deluxe king room with a kingsize bed and the fridge plus a welcome note was ready when we checked-in. The breakfast was cheap with lots of food!

The location it offers is stunning, close enough to underground, Besiktas and Ortakoy and business districts. Definitely would stay here again.

I had superior king room with a private bathroom. The staff was cooperative and around most of the time. Its location was central, near Haci Nimet Ozden Camii.
