Location: the hotel was next to Istanbul, all transportations and downtown. It also was near the Center.

The staff was amicable and helpful and the place was fairly clean. The room we were given a free upgrade to was clean and included a multi-channel TV, a seating area and ironing facilities.

The hotel needed improvement.

Clean hotel in a neat building just next door to tram, turkey and the Center. Exceptionally nice location, close to Beyazit Square. Also, near all transportations.
