Everything was wonderful, awesome location just next door to real nice upscale stores, many restaurants and coffee shops and Taksim, restaurants and shops, nice staff. The bedroom was extremely spacious and elegant. I really enjoyed sleeping on an extremely comfy bed.

Neat, comfy units provided with coffee, a Kettle, as for instance.

Superior twin room with all facilities accommodated us perfectly.

We only slept at the deluxe king room for a kettle, but appreciated it. This hotel was located in a central area right by Taksim, restaurants and shops, Train station and shops. Also, it was close to a luxurious spa and the main attractions.

The location of the property was perfect and magnificent, in convenient area. We really enjoyed the deluxe king room which was brand-new with all facilities. We didn't want to leave and would have stayed for longer.

Particularly good location to explore Istanbul and good service. Amicable, best staff towards all guests.

The hotel had an absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice position, on tunnel. We greatly enjoyed rooms for a kettle. The staff was very amiable and extremely helpful, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The superior double room was elegant and brand-new with all facilities. The location was excellent for exploring this exceptional area, just off Divan, taksim square on one side and taxis.

Had quite comfortable stay of 12 nights, the staff were best, location was marvellous near bus stop from airport shuttle. The breakfast was satisfactory, had a great selection of options.

The location was perfect and incredibly comfortable, a short walk from Cumhuriyet Art Gallery. Because of a problem with the superior queen room I was upgraded and had tastefully decorated and elegant room for a kettle.

The staff were best and extremely helpful in case of questions. Taksim tube station can be reached within 5 minutes walk.

Everything is beautiful here. The staff are responsive and attentive, we appreciated them. The great onsite bar serves strong drinks.

The location was particularly good, really close to both airports and metro and Taksim Square and Train station and easily accessible. It was amazing, cosy and for a kettle.

The location was unbeatable and best possible, you can visit La Galeria by walking. It offered very good service and DELICIOUS food too.

Thank you all for a really great stay of 12 nights. The beds were very comfy and the staff was courteous. The hotel had a central position close enough to the subway station. Visited a few interesting places, including a National Palaces Painting museum, located relatively close to the venue.

In the superior queen room we had gates as well as an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Cooperative staff, satisfactory breakfast, had a perfect 10/10 stay overall of 12 nights.

location: the hotel was just next door to istanbul, train station and all other services around. we had a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning and an individual safe in the superior twin room.

Some people working there were not so helpful.

It was interesting place for celebrating birthday. Central location was a plus. I liked the fact that it was a 10-minute walk from the subway.

We had a spacious room with city view. We stayed in the suite and appreciated it. Breakfast here costs EUR 30 per person per day.

Food and cleanliness were very good, and hotel in general was great. Stopped by Italiano Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's only a short distance to the venue, recommend...
