Everything was 10/10 with comfortable and ideal rooms. Soft beds, climate control, an individual safe, and a kettle in the room. The service was incredible here.

The venue was charming little, I enjoyed the stay and the location was wonderful near to the Buses and the water Buses around the city, a taxi to the airport, and all the cafes and the tram station which was really convenient. Hotel's continental breakfast was delicious.

The hotel had a central position near the old city center, close to the metro line and the 2 mains mosquee in Istanbul, all the major sights of interest and all major attractions. The personnel was excellent co-operating and amicable.

We had a superior room which was great-sized and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was brilliant, with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath robes. The hotel was in a central location to ferries that run to Asia. Besides, the property was 1 km away from a large museum.

Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with an extra bed as well as bathroom; everyone is welcome here. The location of the hotel was central, very close to Istanbul and Sultanahmet and restaurants. It also was to tram station.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center.

All in all, I spend my time lovely. I liked to chill in the nearby Massa Bistro. Fantastic service offered too.
