The staff was amicable, the accommodation was ideal and fairly clean. I could get double room with a street view, appreciated that. It was beautifully decorated and the bed was big. Close to an underground station, the location was magnificent and the best, near the metro station. Again, Bessborough Gardens was nearby.

We asked for double room and it was brand-new and comfortably furnished for a duvet. The breakfast was varied with variety of options. The staff was very helpful and attentive, we had an early check-in.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

Its location was perfect and comfortable, right by attraction places, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia / Blue Mosque / Topkapi. Moreover, it was 3 km from Trafalgar Square.

The hotel was beautifully appointed and well-designed, I totally recommend it to all. Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with good sized balcony, modern bathroom, as example; everyone is welcome here.

Very central location, just off the „ vapur “ boats to go to the other side of istanbul, the main touristic areas and many good restaurant, walking distance from many attractions and close to a palace and a mosque. Situated only 1 km from a byzantine basilica museum.

The breakfast was savoury and served in the restaurant with a good choice of food. The hotel was in a very central location near the station. Besides, it was close enough to all the tourist attractions, food & shopping zone, and the „ vapur “ boats.

I found everything very good, 100% recommend it to all. Spent my time really good here, I greatly enjoyed the place. The location was top and perfect, close enough to the main tourist spots, and Sultanahmet Square, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Also, it was just 1 km to Basilica Cistern.

Stayed here for 7 nights with my partner, had a very good stay. The personnel was attentive and best. The room was cosy and excellent quality, had smoke detectors for the safety. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, just a pleasant stroll away from Basilica Cistern. A shopping area and a bazaar were right next door. In the restaurant they served authentic cuisine dishes.

In my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with an additional cot bed, good sized balcony, rose petals and that was great. A shower, a hair dryer, and guest toiletries were a plus.

We had 5 nights in Istanbul, spend our time here excellently. The hotel was perfectly located. And it's not too far from downtown.
