Helpful staff, absolutely PERFECT and nice location to the Galata bridge & the waterfront. Also - just next door to Taksim and Karakoy, the metro and the T1 tram and galata tower, the blue mosque.

the location in a very quiet area was marvellous and there were souvenir shops and a supermarket nearby. i got immaculately clean and well-appointed room with a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and an individual safe.

The breakfast was varied with the roof top overlooking the the city. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent the entire time. Location: the hotel was really close to supermarkets, restaurants and souvenir shops & exchange offices, quiet neighborhood...

The setting was great and top, adjacent to entire Galata and surrounding as well as Sabiha Goksen airport. The breakfast offered variety of great meals. Everything was nice, nonetheless a few employees were terrible rude.

the location was good, with karakoy gulluoglu nearby. everything was perfect including staff and the food. you'll need about 15 minutes to reach basilica cistern on foot.
