Immaculately clean and well-designed units with a comfortable bed, earplugs, for instance, and the staff were exceptional. The location was marvellous and perfect, near to a port and easy to find.

The location is perfect and comfortable, as the hotel is based close to basically everything you might need. The units are brand-new, modern with a great view, a comfortable bed, for example. All the staff is particularly helpful and attentive and is engaged to make your stay very special.

Their breakfast is very basic, can be much better.

Central location was a plus. Visiting restaurants and bars right at the hotel was easy. We stayed in the double room for the big sized bed and loved it.

Beds were too hard.

The venue is spotlessly clean, the staff is attentive. They offer brand-new, bright rooms with near the corners, earplugs, as example. Plus, the location is perfect and nice, minutes from The Rolling Bridge. It's in a really nice building in the very very nice area.

The rooms are large and stylish for the big sized bed and our experience is very lovely. The location is stunning and fantastic, not far from restaurants, shops, dessert shops and cafes, a 15 minute walk over the bridge, and metro Station and many restaurants and Galata Port and mall. There is café Bake & Cake, set 500 metres walk away.

I booked brand-new, beautifully designed room with earplugs, a comfortable bed, for example. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and toiletries were available there.

It was in a stunning and fantastic location close enough to while also being a quick 10-15 minute walk to Galata as well as many attractions and restaurants. I randomly popped in Namport Cafe & Restaurant serving some pastries, located relatively close to the hotel, it was nice.

Modern hotel, quiet atmosphere, amazing location to Karakoy ferry station. The breakfasts especially with vegetarian options. Had double room with a great view, 2 large beds, as example.

This hotel was set in a central area adjacent to Galata's Tower and Bridge. My room was well-equipped and stylish, had smoke detectors for safety measures.

The staff were friendly professional and genuinely helpful. The restaurant here was good for breakfast, we both ordered warm dishes.

Its location relatively close to a riverside museum was perfect and perfectly comfortable. Everyone was respectful and efficient.

It was in a central setting close to the tram. The rooms of the hotel were stylish in a very good condition.

The double room I got was included with quality toiletries, very high ceiling and 2 large beds. The staff was efficient and exceptional, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The vibe here was quiet! I had access to private parking, great pool.

Every visit to Istanbul we like to stay here. Overall, it's super base for exploring Istanbul attractions. Central location short walk to Istanbul, and restaurants and bars are close to the hotel. You will find a minibar, central heating, an iron and ironing board. Attentive and superfriendly staff as one would expect.
