All in all marvellous setting so close to airport, the mall and restaurants, a big shopping center and one big mall. Fast check-in, generally excellent service.

I took a double room with a comfortable bed, quite a considerable space, for example. The staff and people generally were competent.

Had really really nice stay overall, pleasant place and the weather was lovely. Everything was really good, nevertheless a few employees were not so friendly. The location was wonderful, at a short distance from a large mall.

The breakfast looked extensive and plentiful, with good alternatives, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. The property's location was magnificent, close to the mall. The provided service was good.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and luxurious, had great views of Alanya castle. The location turned out to be perfect and convenient, very close to a very convenient mall with outlet stores, metro bus and one restaurant. European Side district was worth staying in.

The marvellous location for the price, adjacent to Starcity outlet, the roads out of Istambul and many restaurants. Really really nice stay on vacation❤

The room was new-fashioned and the staff were cooperative and excellent. The breakfast was plentiful especially with soup and the food was well presented!

Scrumptious and plentiful breakfast - a huge variety of meals. Big size rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Great swimming pool and great and perfect location adjacent to the center, a big shopping mall with a food court and shopping centre.

It is quaint place to stay, the food is excellent, and location is absolutely perfect very close to the centre. The room is large and brand-new and essentials you need, including a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron with ironing board, is right there. Freshly prepared and extensive breakfast and the staff is competent.

Absolutely perfect, amazing location in European Side district right by many restaurants and cafes, airport & in front of shopping mall and a nice mall called Star City Outlet. Top-class and attentive employees with nice manners.

all in all, i spend my time nicely. there was restaurant shahrzad, max 5 mins walk to, loved their meals. well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub.

Bed was comfortable. It was definitely 5 stars for us...

The breakfast was EXCELLENT with plenty of food. Bahcelievler district was worth visiting. Nothing beats being in istanbul gonen. We had no problems with free WiFi.
