Genuinely helpful staff, perfect guest room. Facilities - a safe box, a minibar, and central heating. Nice and unbeatable location, especially for me.

It was located near a tram station, easy for getting around Istanbul.

Well decorated rooms with Jacuzzi, a big window and many facilities, REAL GOOD stay! Quiet location - a short way from Laleli.

Asked for standard room and it was beautifully decorated and amazingly comfortable with ac. Had good and magnificent location way down to the Sultanahmet area, so close to Laleli.

Really great experience, wonderful base for shopping. Great place with a pleasant view. Good setting, so close to attaturk airport throw sub ground and tram stop and subway. Easy walk to Walls of Theodosius.

Wi-Fi was weak.

Clean and gorgeous place, very friendly and genuinely helpful staff. Exceptionally nice position in the central area, right by the center of the city, all the attractions, and tram.

The staff was nice can provide additional tips. The location itself was great, not too far from Istanbul Bazaar. And we were near to the tram stop and restaurants.

It was perfect, beautifully decorated and with ac. The hotel had a magnificent location just a walking distance from Istanbul Bazaar. You could walk to a market and shops.

Nice experience there. Stylish and excellent accommodation with amazing setting just off metro station, all the attractions in 3-4 stops, and 3-4 stops. The nice and affable staff and their quick responses to my needs. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel was in a marvellous location, near a tram station. It was located in a good area.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the standard room, as well as an iron, an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV with cable channels etc. A bathtub was fairly clean and everything was good. The hotel had a quiet location within walking distance of Laleli.

Marvellous location at a moderate distance from Forum of Theodisius. An electric kettle, a mini fridge bar and an air conditioning available in the standard triple room.

Planned to see Istanbul major attractions and it was lovely place for visiting all of them. Comforts of standard double room were fabulous - climate control, a personal safe and a mini bar. We totally recommend & would return anytime.

Decent base for staying in the heart of Istanbul. We had views of the city. Just a 10-minute stroll to the centre...

The staff were useful and the setting was unbeatable. Beyazit and other places worth exploring were only a short distance to the hotel. We loved this venue.
