In overall, the place is high-class, has highly professional staff at the entrance and at the reception desk. The room is a nice size with worth mentioning views of the garden. It has best possible and quiet setting in an area called Sultanahmet.

Convenient place and clean and marvellous room. Comfortable bedroom. Great and lovely location, lovely area, close to a cave and the center of Taksim square close to metro.

I totally recommend to friends and family. The property is wonderful, it has super friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff at the customer service and attitude of the highly profissional staff. A pleasant restaurant for breakfast is available.

Generally, the place was fancy and had attentive staff at the reception desk. We had a twin bedroom. Comfortable bed and pillows, there were a seating area, ironing facilities, and a study table available.

The rooms are functional and spotless, with a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe. Offers great location in a busy area.

Came here for 4 nights with my family members, everything was really good. The beds were comfortable, the room was airy with a magnificent view. The provided service was terrific.

The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to shopping area of Taqxim, Taksim Square 600m, and such restaurant or shopping places and so on. Also, it was super close to a luxurious spa.

The venue has marvellous and stunning setting in Taksim district just off Taksim with easy access to good, cheap food-and the funicular to the tram and also to the metro, the trams and the Metro and Taksim Square and the tram/subway.

The rooms are new-fashioned and they have a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. This property is in a good and absolutely perfect location, close to shops and restaurants at Taksim Square and Taksim square, very close to Istiklal.

The hotel had a very central setting in the more happening area. The breakfast was large with many international flavors, sausage and ham and the restaurant food was outstanding.

We had the king room which was tidy and functional for double with extra bed. The setting was beautiful, close to sightseeing till late, all the shopping centers and Taksim square and shopping areas around Taksim. Moreover, it was 2 km from Museum of Innocence.

The location was unbeatable and magnificent in a great quiet area, so close to hill, the most active areas, and the major sites. Also, it was 2 km from a cobblestone street.

Well, it was a truly memorable stay for a family vacation. The room was clean and marvellous with shower, a view of the Bosphorus, 3 bedrooms, had the best night sleep.

Its location in Istanbul was marvellous and brilliant, close enough to main shopping street, taksim square where there were several restaurants to choose from to eat, and lovely Nisantasi. Also, Taksim Maksemi was only 1 km away.

Extremely friendly and excellent folks in terms of service and staff. The location was very central, incredible near transportation hub. And we were close to the business center, Taksim and surrounding areas and a central area-Taksim square-.

It had absolutely perfect location close to transportation hub. The staff were caring and attentive and the pool area was excellent. The breakfasts were large and tasty with bacon, many international flavors plus Turkey, couldn’t ask for anything better.

The room was brand-new and airy for 3 bedrooms, we stayed in all day. The breakfast with Turkey and juice, for example was large, had so much to choose from.

Magnificent and particularly good location in Istanbul, next to the Grand Hyatt for 7 nights as well as the city center. Plus, walking distance to a luxurious spa.

It is a lavish building, the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious with good house keeping. Plus, the location is great and lovely, minutes from Macka Parki.

Overall it was a real good stay for a memorable vacation. The staff was professional on arrival and throughout the stay. I was offered a room with worth mentioning views of sea. The breakfast was savoury and freshly prepared, the check in was easy.

Had very nice stay overall, LUXURIOUS place and the weather was lovely. All the staff was attentive, fixed my issues. The location was best possible, you can visit Macka Parki by walking. And it was also very close to also to the metro. I loved staying at this hotel, and would recomand.

I ate at a good restaurant with good resonantly priced food. The location was marvellous, for example, Machine was just a short walk away from the hotel.

the brasserie restaurant served dishes within 800 feet off the hotel. we liked staying at grand hyatt istanbul. would come there again, if in istanbul.
