Thanks very much for a very good stay, strongly recommend. The hotel is immaculately clean, with family atmosphere and good and magnificent location near most tourist attractions in the city, and shops and restaurants...

The twin room I stayed in was luxurious with a balcony. Had such facilities, like a mini fridge bar, climate control and an individual safe.

Had really good stay for a business trip, the staff were knowledgeable, location was unbeatable close to city centre. My deluxe quadruple room was brand-new with a balcony. Location: the hotel was just next door to major tourist attractions, and the tram and underground lines. European Side district was worth exploring.

My family room with great shower and a balcony plus 2 king size beds was clean and luxury. The breakfast had a lot of DELICIOUS food and drinks.

Although everything was excellent, some of the staff were a bit unpleasant.
