Some people working there were impolite.

Had a really good stay on holidays, and will definitely go back there again. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with varied options, all the food was outstanding. The location was magnificent to several Turkish restaurants and the staff here was really helpful and very pleasant.

Some of the staff were very rude.

Loved very good breakfast and had a pleasant stay overall on holidays. The hotel was in a magnificent location adjacent to the metro stations, the main tourist attractions are, and public transport to airport & sea lines for what we wanted it for.

The location close to a tram station was marvellous and perfect. Overall it was fairly quiet, with a private bathroom. The pool was clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and very kind.

I was given double room with a safe, a minibar, and central heating. The location was good for traveling around Istanbul, short walk to the subway system as well as Aksaray. Popped in Lotiz Lounge & Hookah for shots before sleep, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

Make sure to get triple room with King size bed as well as free Wi-Fi access.

The hotel is amazing with fairly clean area and good and perfect staff. So many delicious options for breakfast, such as tea and omelette. Nice breakfast, well-equipped double room. New building, marvellous location so close to train station and conveniet and Metro and Aksaray. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Market Street.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay at this brand-new hotel. The location was magnificent - close enough to the markets, the last metro station and main attractions many shops. Easily reached Tarbus Food, located at a short distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

As for me, the area was not nice.

Had a such wonderful stay on holidays in our fairly quiet room with window on the closet loft. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were available there.

We had wheelchair accessible room with a Turkish bath, bathroom, as example, which was important. The location offered was good very close to Yenikapi Metro station, bus station, many shops & restaurants and the metro and tram station.

The location was marvellous and incredible, near to a tram station, if you need it. It was set in a crowded area. The swimming pool was clean and the breakfast was exceptionally nice.

The position of the hotel was particularly good, very close to metro. The breakfast was incredible and very very good and we could use free Wi-Fi.

Very central location close enough to shops as well as many attractions plus means of transport, it was in a fairly quiet area. We stayed for 7 nights here, loved Old City Sultanahmet district.

Good and absolutely perfect staff, couldn't ask for more. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the double room available with a bathtub and 2 single beds plus bathroom. The breakfast was incredibly nice, it consisted of tea and omelette.

The location in a commercial area was particularly good and unbeatable and there were shops and a grand bazaar nearby. It also was about a 20-minute walk to Sea of Marmara. The restaurant here was good for breakfast, we both ordered delicious dishes.

The location was magnificent and perfect in the commercial area. Dined at Iskenderci Hasan Usta, it was not too far from the venue.

Our room was well-equipped and quiet with even tinier bed and the overall stay on holidays was such wonderful. The breakfast here was incredible with desserts.

The staff was good and perfect - I will come back. I lovely spend 9 nights in Istanbul. The location was marvellous, with a tram station near to the hotel. I appreciated the proximity to a grand bazaar and a supermarket in Istanbul. The restaurant was top-notch for breakfast, I tried APPETISING dishes.

I was here for 4 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for breakfast. This hotel had a very central position on the Aksaray area. I usually went to Mcdonald's to grab a bite.

It has perfect very central location close to the last metro station from the airport. Really helpful people are working.

Rooftop restaurant on the premises, well-equipped and quiet room with free Wi-Fi access and a double bed plus a bathtub. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location right next to Laleli. Great access to bars and restaurants.

The new-fashioned room had all the necessary facilities, a safe box, a mini bar and central heating. The bed was extremely comfy; and there was a bath. The facilities were good and easy to use. The property was set in a crowded area. This was my comfortable stay on holidays.

The location was best possible, within easy walking distance of Beyazit Square. There were restaurants and bars close to the place.

Everything was good, had a really lovely stay on holidays. The hotel was in a very central location near to a metro station. Further, it was near to Istanbul and the airport. The triple room I got was complete with a double bed, toiletries plus a bathtub. Having a hairdryer, fresh towels and slippers was a bonus. The stuff was pleasant at all times.

Located in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, the stuff were pleasant and knowledgeable. A rooftop restaurant was good for breakfast. Everything was simply good!

They gave me double room with double bed, a Turkish bath, as for instance. The staff members were attentive and fast. Appreciated the rooftop restaurant.

We found Sait Iskender Laleli to dine in 400 metres from the hotel. We planned to visit suleymaniye mosque, that was 10 minutes on foot, so we stayed here...

great location, the staff were useful. chilled-out base for city break in istanbul. every detail there was good.
