Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. Central location - very close to a mosque and a basilica. Really enjoyed really quiet area.

Thoroughly enjoyed coffee, tea, and fresh fruit at breakfast. Our accommodation was set in a central location not far from the historic sites and a huge choice of eateries, all the attractions and central tourist spots.

It was brand-new, great-sized and with king size bed. The staff was patient, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The room is great-sized and recently renovated with particularly nice views of the sea and the Blue Mosque. Glad to have a terrace, a balcony, and crisp white sheets. The location is central.

The staff were patient and the setting was quiet. The quadruple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned.

The quadruple room was brand-new. Hotel's location was comfortable and top, to the tram line which could get us to all interesting places of the city. The staff were genuinely helpful, thanks to them everything was very good.

The breakfast was served in the terrace. The staff was attentive, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location was excellent and perfect, only 5 minutes walk to Basilica Cistern. There was a good restaurant, a bazaar and a grand bazaar next door.

I really enjoyed attentive and very knowledgeable personnel that ensures guests have a very good stay. Its location next door to the heart of Istanbul is excellent and perfect. There is Aynen Durum serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Large rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable stuff on reception and elsewhere. Magnificent location, very close to all the sights, such as a mosque and a basilica. For tea or coffee visit Grup Saray Restaurant nearby.

The room was immaculate and large and the bathroom was fine. It had nice views on the sea and the blue mosque.

a great selection of savoury food at breakfast time. location just off tourist attractions such as the grand bazaar, sultanahmet, and hagia sofia, all historical places and all public transport.
