Pleasant property, has very friendly and caring staff who upgraded me due to being a Holiday Inn member. Stylish twin room with all the modern amenities. An electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and climate control - very useful. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location in a very comfortable area, not far from the main shopping area.

Breakfast extremely poor.

The place was fairly clean and delightful, had lovely and kind staff with good services. Stayed in incredibly comfortable and absolutely perfect standard room with generous seating.

New-fashioned and stylish units with drinking water and balcony.

The overall atmosphere was quiet, nonetheless some staff members were poorly trained. The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was great.

Well-maintained place and unbeatable location just next door to the Grand bazar, the center of Istanbul- and common areas.

The location was particularly good and the free parking was on-site. We were given a standard room, it was perfect and new-fashioned.

Easy access to a bus stop, located nearby the hotel.

Everything was good, including really kind and nice staff at reception desk. I'd say that room was very well furnished, it had coffee & tea making machines and glassware, that's handy. The views across street were particularly good! The location was magnificent to the main tourist area by tram. Besides, it was just off main areas, the available pubic transport, and Turkey check in on 19th May.

Had big size and functional twin room with breakfast free and wake-up service was available in it. I enjoyed that they had an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and climate control.

A nice hotel in Istanbul with perfect staff who upgraded me due to being a Holiday Inn member. Great location to the European center of Istanbul, good for visiting Istanbul. Also - close to Dubai in 3 stars Holiday Inn which was way more better, main landmarks, and public transport.

The rooms at this classy hotel were tidy. The food was delicious - I enjoyed it.

We were there for 2 days, everything was great, thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous location just off the International Airport, a tram station which directly goes toward Eminonu passing by Aksaray, Sultanahmet and Gulhane and the centre. The staff was lovely and kind and the service was exceptional throughout our stay.

The hotel was just off the centre of the old town with all the attractions and major attraction thanks to its marvellous and beautiful location.

The location was marvellous for Istanbul, not far from all public transport, including the boats, other restaurants, and a tram station which directly goes toward Eminonu passing by Aksaray. Moreover, it was 2 km from Tower. The breakfast spread was really tasty, with a wide range of delicious options.

Perfectly clean unit with a coffee maker and glassware. Peaceful location to Pazartekke tram stop, in the very comfortable area.

We booked big size twin room with a jacuzzi and could use wake-up service, available in it.

Although everything was very good, some of the staff were extremely bad.

Stayed here with my family members and everything was really good. Actually, the room was modern with generous seating. I truly enjoyed the Turkish cuisine in the restaurant.

Perfect and exceptionally nice location, few metres away from The Theodosian Walls.

New-fashioned and fashionable units with balcony, and VERY AMIABLE staff. Lots of local food for meals. Perfect and excellent location - nearby a bus stop.

The venue is fairly clean, with ideal location close to Turkey check in on 19th May and Check out on 21st May, the mosque, and the histrocial centre. The breakfast is savoury with local cheeses, there's an option for each taste.

The staff was lovely and kind, created a quiet atmosphere. Got amazingly comfortable and perfect standard room with generous seating when arrived, truly enjoyed that...

The room with generous seating. Had excellent amenities. The location seemed marvellous to the tramway like 50 meters. Restaurant Sky Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The hotel was nice and delightful with kind personnel who was going around the resaturant to make certain of an excellent service being provided. The breakfast served was really tasty with local cheeses.

Overall it was a decent stay for 3 nights.

The location was absolutely perfect and nice for first time visitors to Istanbul. The area was very comfortable so close to good local and fast food places, which is a mere 20 minutes and many tourist sites.

It deserves its 5 stars. All in all, it was holiday base for travelling to Istanbul. Breakfast fee was 20 EUR per person.

we visited one of our favorite spots topkapi palace that was very close to the hotel. a tram stop was nearby.

We had a car, so 15 minutes drive to hagia sophia museum. No complaints with the hotel...
