Overall it was spotless and updated with super comfy beds and pillows. The location was perfect and convenient, close to Bahnhof Istanbul Sirkeci. The staff where amiable and excellent and kept the place perfectly clean.

The hotel staff was absolutely indifferent.

There was a huge variety of fine meals. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and very very helpful, solved all problems we had. The location was beautiful and wonderful, not very far from an Ottoman - era Friday mosque.

It is a well-maintained and great property located in Old City Sultanahmet district so close to Gulhane tram stop, most attractions and Aya Sofya & Blue Mosque. The location is amazing and MARVELLOUS, very close to the public transport system.

Cold breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

I thoroughly enjoyed single room. It was updated and included an electric kettle, climate control and an individual safe. The breakfast was unlimited and satisfactory, the check in was early. Took the advantage of the parking nearby. The location was stunning - ease of access to Ataturk.

We got exceptionally clean and updated room with super comfy beds, new gadgets plus an a/c. Greatly enjoyed the location that was great and beautiful and really close to Tram which connects to Metro and the tram station.

The stay here was just perfect for 3 nights in March 2018. We had the double room and it was spotless with super comfy beds and pillows.

Hatay Restaurant, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. Everything was perfect for long weekend. Obviously we enjoyed the excellent location.
