It has prime and best possible location to see Bosphorus Bridge. The staff in general is helpful and affable.

There is mould in some places.

Location: the hotel was so close to Ortakoey as well as nearly restaurants. The staff turned out to be very friendly and affable. We had a clean room with large bed and climate control, a kettle and an iron.

The room was comfortable and with all the essentials, a balcony, for example. The location was good and excellent, very close to center of ortakoy, in the particularly good area.

All in all, it was great place for travelling to Istanbul. An iron, a TV with satellite channels and a dining area in the room were a nice touch...
