The location was good and marvellous - the hotel looked clean. The room we had was upgraded with the kitchen, big bathroom, as example. All staff were outstandingly accommodating and gave some tips about Istanbul.

The rooms were warm and spotless here with the kitchen, big bathroom, for instance. The staff were top-class, very attentive.

The twin room was well-maintained, had a private safe, an air conditioning, and a mini-bar. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus.
