The location was peaceful and strategic to all the tourist attractions and the atmosphere was quiet. The staff was genuinely professional, we had an early check-in. The room was very lovely, very clean bed.

Some of the staff were incredibly slow.

I loved the hotel, it was ideal and clean. Nearby a tram station, the location was amazing and good, in the city center. Stayed here for 4 nights and didn't want to leave.

In my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with a bath as well as a jacuzzi and that was great. The breakfast was delicious and good overall.

The location in a very very nice area was tranquil and there were a shopping mall and a bazaar nearby. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to Olivium Outlet Center.

The check in was early and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed big size bathroom and a work desk, satellite TV, and a sitting area in our deluxe king room.

Very central location right by attractions, shops restaurants and cafe's nearby, Merkez Efendi and Cevizlibag tram stops and cafe's, it was in a very nice area.

Everything looks perfect. All the staff members are extremely friendly and gentle. Brand-new, soundproof room complete with the shower as well as a queen size bed. They serve lots of meals, the food I tried was outstanding. This place best suits for cruise, would recommend.

Everything was fine, I enjoyed my stay. I had an a nice size and air conditioned room with drinks and the shower plus ARE DOUBBLE GLASS. Had tranquil location to Restaurant. A few times I ate at Cinaralti Kebap, located at a walking distance from the hotel.

Everything was very good, however we stayed for 3 nights only. The food was fabulous - plenty of options. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Sultan Murat Camii. There was a good restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. This place is cool and luxury because of the stunning location and city views. Complimentary drinks at lobby bar, very good service. Moreover, guests can use parking nearby. The location of the hotel in Istanbul is easy, next to Sultanahmet, Serhat, Zahra & Fatih and Turkey. Topkapi district certainly deserves to be visited.
