Greatly enjoyed how modern and luxury the property was and its efficient staff with outstanding customer service.

The staff were very very helpful and best. Excellent very central location close to the sea and historical ruins, and the markets and tourist hotspots. Popped in Glasshouse Bar and Restaurant for shots before sleep, it was relatively close to the venue.

Perfect and magnificent location to the most important monuments in Istanbul made it easy to get to key attractions. Local fast food option Mowgli Street Food was 10 minutes walk away.

Exceptional service and the food is savoury. The rooms are exceptionally clean with a balcony and the staff are amicable. The location is excellent and stunning, as the hotel is based to all the historic hotspots of the city.

The hotel was exceptional with VERY VERY HELPFUL employees in a really professional manner by their manager. The location was perfect, with Magna Hungaria nearby, where we could eat.

We had wake-up service and a butler service in the family room with a balcony. The decor was comfortable and the atmosphere was family. The location was amazing and ideal, right by Hagia Sophia. We stopped by Joy Cafe Restaurant for coffee and treats, it was at a walking distance from the hotel.

The location was excellent, very close to good restaurants and attraction spots as well as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern.

Met very amiable staff with outstanding customer service, the double room had all necessary amenities. The hotel had a perfect and comfortable location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Catladi Kapi. A bazaar and a grand bazaar were right next door.

I had the double room, it was stylish and great-sized. The location was perfect and comfortable, for example, an ancient roman column was just a short stroll away from the hotel. Took me 10 minutes to get to train station.

Tasty food at breakfast served in the restaurant. Exquisite and great-sized room plus excellent bathroom. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location close enough to all the iconic sightseeing spots, the most important monuments in Istanbul and all the landmarks in the old city, only 5 minutes walk from a Holy mosque. Also, near the historical centre.
