The location was good and magnificent, very close to the closest shop, shopping centres and the airport. The staff was welcoming, superfriendly, and everything was good.

It was a nice and quiet place to stay with good value. Incredibly kind staff, everything was good.

The food was fab overall. Exceptionally kind staff explained where we were staying. The hotel was in an unbeatable location adjacent to trains, the city centre and the public transport.

Appreciated how exceptionally friendly the property was. The rooms were comfy and incredible with facilities you need. The location was amazing, not too far away from Grand Central Hall. The restaurant here was great.

Large bedroom. Location - excellent really close to the waterfront, and the public transport. Besides, easy access to Liverpool Town Hall.

There was variety of fab meals. The rooms were beautiful with a wide bed, the staff were exceptionally kind. The setting of hotel was unbeatable and magnificent, near the bus stop. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Liverpool One Shopping Complex.

Marvellous and awesome location, it was near a subway station. Plus, it was 5 minutes drive by car from Olivium Outlet Center.
