Pretty hotel with a family overall ambience. Immensely pleasant and welcoming staff, airy family room. A safe box, a mini bar, and central heating — very useful. Stunning and wonderful location in the fairly quiet area, near to the bus station as well as tram.

Fairly clean hotel with exceptionally pleasant staff and traditional breakfasts. Particularly good location in Topkapi district right by the main T1 Metro Line, train station, and stores.

The place was fairly clean and we loved twin room. The room we had included central heating, an ironing set, and an electronic key card. The location very close to tramway was lovely.

I liked spotlessly clean rooms. Had private bathroom with all essentials.

It has unbeatable, comfortable setting, short walk to bus station and train station, a normal yellow taxi from the Airport Departure lane, and anywhere in Istanbul. All in all they offer exceptional service.

Clean place with outstandingly friendly and amiable staff members and city views. Exceptionally clean room, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room. A good choice of different restaurants and nice restaurants to eat outside the hotel. Fabulous food and good service.

Location: the hotel was close to the tramp, the bus and tram line and the stops. A cool bonus was Sky Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee...

The room was nice and with comfortable beds. The service was good. There were very good internet and free parking available. I appreciated the fact that it was a 10-minute walk from the subway.
