Good-sized units and incredible staff who were very friendly especially the cu guest care agent Miss Irem Yaz who arranged us all the tours in an excellent manner.

The staff was consistently courteous, so I would come here again. The breakfast was really tasty. The room was top quality and neat with smoke detectors for my safety. The service was all in all incredible.

Even though everything was modern, some of the staff were particularly busy.

Very attractive design of interiors in superior room. Large bed and outstanding and delicious breakfast. Excellent and absolutely perfect location in a very nice area near a tower and historic sites.

Breakfast poor.

We had the superior queen room which was new-fashioned and top-class with comfy beds. The hotel was in a very central location very close to Taxim square. Plus, National Football Museum was relatively near the venue.

Excellent location in Taksim district not far from several historical, the city center and metro stations and the main shopping strip.

Possibly the best and really good stay by another 2 nights. Good position in the very nice area, adjacent to all the bars and restaurants and shopping on isterlak street and Hagia Sophia. Absolutely superb breakfast with a great selection of food options.

The location was particularly good and ideal - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. And we greatly enjoyed the proximity to a shopping area and a bazaar in Istanbul. The restaurant was pleasant with such amazing view. We had good days staying at this brand-new hotel.

This was a really good stay for short business trip. The staff were best, absolutely perfect and amazing location on the roof top restaurant. Also, it was within walking distance of Tunnel Square.

The location is amazing, walking distance to a tram station, enjoyed it. Taksim district definitely deserves exploring.

Well-organised unit with a contemporary decor. Magnificent, amazing location in Istanbul, near to all major tourist attractions, and metro or taxi from Taksim square, where the airport shuttles leave.

Stayed here for a honeymoon trip and can recommend it. The hotel's location was amazing, short walk to the centre of the city as well as the happening high end market for shopping and food.

Its location in Istanbul was excellent, close to the metro, and Pera/Istanbul which is very close to taksim square and Istkalal street,810 minutes walking. Plus, it had easy access to Sanatorium Gallery. The hotel made a free breakfast.

The pool was heated and I had branded drinks in the in-house bar. It was well-maintained and nice modern, good enough for honeymoon.

They upgraded me to a well laid out and top-class room with a sweeping view on the sea or the city.

Safe area, very central location near to Istanbul, all major tourist attractions and many cafes, restaurants and grocery shops. Again, not far from a cobblestone street. Neat and silent unit with a balcony as well as toiletries.

It's comfortable place for visiting some must see attractions in Istanbul. The dinner in the rooftop restaurant is what you need. All in all they offer excellent service.

The hotel was in a magnificent and unbeatable location, to be honest everything was as expected. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees were absolutely rude. My triple room was luxury with an individual safe, central heating and iron/ironing board.

Plenty of products for a rich and satisfactory breakfast. Big bed, luxurious and impressive room. A pretty quiet area, best possible and decent location just off many cafes and restaurants as well as shopping area. Besides, easy to get to a riverside museum.

The room was stylish and luxurious with a large bed and a hairdryer, soft bathrobes and shower caps in the bathroom. The team provided an EXCEPTIONAL service. The employees were accommodating and respectful.

It was a comfortable base for our excellent stay. The room was luxury with excellent bathroom and an ironing set, an electronic key card and a coffee/tea maker. We loved staying in this hotel!

it offers good prices. standard room had all necessary amenities. we enjoyed its location at a moderate distance from sishane-zemin istanbul subway station.

Very clean room, private parking, AMAZING service. The hotel was set in a central area. As picky eaters we truly enjoyed to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Mom Steak Burger couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away. We would return anytime as the property met all requests.
