Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel

Stylish place with very hospitable staff, everything was amazing. The location of the hotel was magnificent, near the airport & convenient for a layover.

The location was great and strategic, close by a long walk along the sea with easy access to shopping centres and a market. I had the deluxe king room which was reasonably large in good condition.

It was well decorated with comfortable bed, good enough for a holiday. The hotel was in a central setting on the Sea of Marmara. The service was very good in my opinion.

Huge and new-fashioned room in good condition, I had an excellent stay. The hotel was in a marvellous and beautiful location, on the ocean. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

All the staff was polite, tackled my issues. I got an extremely spacious room with an absolutely gorgeous view over the sea. Enjoyed my stay.

Incredible venue with amazing location short walk to Besiktas, restaurant and food, and the town center and the airport and local breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the deluxe king room, plus an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and an air conditioning.

Make sure you stay in the suite with the view of the sea. The atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable. The restaurant is charming and the food is nice.

The location was perfect, staff were genuinely helpful. Fast food restaurant Mcdonald's was located 5 minutes walk away.

There were a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe in the room, truly enjoyed that. Everything was very good and the staff were best.

The place is gorgeous and clean, everything is good, it should have higher than 5 star rating. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. New-fashioned newly renovated rooms, they are provided with an excellant view, tea, for example.

The breakfasts were above average and extensive with fresh juices, an egg station and local favorites and very good service❤

Comfortable bed and magnificent and perfect location close by a long walk along the sea. Based adjacent to Besiktas, city centre and the coastline. A great selection of amazing options for meal. Lovely pool, parking on site. Shuttle available to the airport if needed.

The place was absolutely fantastic. My deluxe king room was new-fashioned with comfortable bed. Everywhere there was fairly clean, the staff were really good and welcoming people despite my request to the recipient to put the charge on the final bill.

I visited downstairs bar and tried strong drinks. The vibe here was quiet! Their shuttle to the new airport was outstanding.

We had a very very good time. The hotel was high quality and clean, its location was stunning on the restaurant where they served he breakfast, very good service. Hard-working employees helped us a lot.

The magnificent and perfect location for the price, next to a very nice pub call the North Shield as well as Istanbul. And 10 mins walk to Mecidiye Mosque.

We needed a place for a holiday, everything was amazing. The room we booked was new-fashioned and huge with tea, terrific views, as for instance as advertised. This hotel had a central position far away from the downtown. Restaurant Balkon Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The really great service and shuttle from the airport far exceeded our expectations.

My family and I liked being there. Booked suite, that was provided with beautiful views, coffee plus tea. The staff were all best and brilliantly friendly.
