The service was good, the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The room was huge with a great view of bosporus when upgraded. Stayed for 7 days and did not want to leave, I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall it is a modern and safe hotel and we enjoyed the stay, the location was amazing in the centre of Istanbul. Stylish rooms complete with lovely view, really good air, for instance, very well mannered and respectful staff.

Our rooms were recently refurbished and immaculately clean with a great view of Bosporus and really good air plus bathtub.

We had a lovely stay at this legendary hotel. The staff were efficient and extremely friendly. The location was excellent, specially it was close to a subway station which was useful. Also, the area was very nice.

The place was clean with a modern design and top-class staff. I had newly renovated and beautifully designed room to myself with large breakfast, bosphorus view plus really good air.

Came here for 4 night stay, had a really nice experience. The room itself was recently renovated here with a great view of Bosporus and a kingsize bed plus 3 bedrooms. We greatly enjoyed this special and legendary hotel and did not want to leave, do recommend.

Our experience here was perfect. We have stayed in this legendary hotel for 4 nights, everything was really good, the location was perfect perfect in the middle of Taksim shopping street. We took a triple room and it had cable channels, ironing facilities, and a study table.

The staff was efficient, the room was huge, everything was very good. I was here for 4 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant at the 6th floor. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was delightful. The venue was in a central location short walk to all public transportation like a M2line, Taksim, and Close to many nice restaurants. I had coffee at Limonlu Bahce, located within 5 minutes walk. Very good service was provided here.

Thank you for an outstanding stay. Perfectly clean hotel, generous breakfast, the location is spectacular so close to shopping, the Blue mosque and taksim main avenue. It has both well-trained and responsive stuff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and beautifully designed that's have bathtub. A rooftop restaurant has tasty meals.

We were there for 5 days, everything was fine, greatly enjoyed its prime location not far from Galata and Tamsin square, the istiklal street and far from froum istanbul. Very professional staff on the reception desk, without being intrusive.

The venue was well priced and extremely convenient, I loved the location short walk to a taxi to the airport, shopping areas and the Tunel, and sea views. The room was neat, silent, with the best bed. The location was amazing close to main attractions. Plus, the hotel was situated at a walking distance from Neve Shalom Synagogue.

Legendary hotel in an unbeatable location close to the Sultanahmet area, the services were very good! I stayed at the triple room with sea view. It was modern, bath very well maintained.

We would recomand this place to all, no complaints. The venue has stylish rooms with bosphorus view, really good air, for example and amazingly nice and accommodating staff. Also, it is around 10-15 minutes walk from Museum of Innocence.

Wonderful and incredible location, just a short stroll away from Republic Monument. Set in a very nice area adjacent to Sishane metro station and the Tunel, which connects to the Tram. Huge room with a comfy bed and a beautiful bathroom. Enjoyable breakfast selection for all tastes with a fantastic view.

Beds were not comfortable.

The place was clean, I booked the twin/double room with sea views, everything was really good. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants, cafes, and shops, Taksim square, and all Istanbul famous market. Also, it was close to a cobblestone street. The rooftop restaurant at the 6th floor was the best part.

It was easy to get wheelchair accessible room with a great view of Bosporus and an extra bed plus non-clean towels and that's great.

Extremely busy area.

The location itself was incredible and awesome, just a walking distance from a jewish museum. We booked twin/double room and could use wake-up service, available in it.

recommend staying to everyone. the staff, especially management, were helpful. loved being a 10-15 minute walk from sishane-zemin istanbul subway station.

Galata bridge that was 15 minutes walk away and other tourist spots were so close to this place. It was truly a GOOD stay.

1000 feet away there is Mikla Restaurant, where you can dine. Within easy reach of istiklal street. In love with Richmond👍
