My stay was very good in Istanbul's old town. The triple room was fashionable, included a shower, a hair dryer, and terry dressing gowns. I enjoyed this stay.

I spent 5 nights here and really enjoyed that. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the breakfast was large with fruit, rich options and many varieties. The location was magnificent in the main touristic area.

Well laid out and well-appointed rooms with view are accompanied by efficient service. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

I booked a room with a really nice bed, coffee, a safe, and a chair. The service was very good, totally satisfied. I didn't want to leave and would have stayed for longer.

Charming small and popular hotel located in a main touristic area near to the ferries, shops & tram stops and metro and all public transport. Well-appointed room with variety of complimentary teas as expected.

Fairly clean hotel with a lovely design and beautiful views, it has a particularly good location near the restaurants in the streets, Topkapi and Blue Mosque, and the centre of all sightseeing places. The room was brand-new, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was savoury.

Possibly the best and very very good stay in Istanbul's old town. Magnificent location, at a walking distance from Serpent Column. Walking distance to a bazaar and a local market across the street. Early check-in, nicely furnished and well-appointed room with nice breakfast included, WiFi, for instance. Large breakfast for all tastes and with efficient staff.

The hotel is clean, with competent personal, and offers stunning location very close to the tourist attractions and cafes & metro.

Had really good stay in Istanbul's old town, the staff were caring, location was amazing to all the touristic landmarks in the Asian side of Istanbul. We had an extensive breakfast with wide spread option, fruits plus good push button coffee included.

Good sleep in a very comfy bed, updated and soundproof room. Marvellous location near the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Cisterns, Spice market and Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace, Haga Sofia and the Blue Mosque, quick check-in. Besides, very convenient to Ataturk.

Had 5 days in Istanbul, spending our time here lovely. We were greeted by efficient, competent staff. The location was magnificent, close to Istanbul's historical sites like Hagia Sophia! Moreover, it was so close to the blue mosque, palace etc, also grand bizzare, spice market and Galata bridge, major tourist attractions, and many good restaurants, comfortable beds and room, and wonderful staff. Everything was simply fantastic.

The room was updated and equipped with hairdryer, double bed and a nice view as described. The provided service was welcoming! Plus, I was able to park the car close to the hotel. The location was marvellous, you can visit Ataturk by walking.

Late check-out was useful. The location was peaceful, not too far from Beach. I ate in the traditional restaurant nearby. The hotel was perfect, I would recommend it to all.

The location was marvellous and peaceful, not too far from an Ottoman - era Friday mosque. Took a walk around city centre, located relatively near the hotel.

It's best base for visiting some must see attractions in Istanbul. Also, free Wi-Fi was provided. Just a 15-minute stroll to the center. A buffet breakfast was a nice touch...

of course, we do recommend it to family and friends. we loved sapphire. excellant base for trip in istanbul.
