The location in a really cool area was good and excellent and there were a grand bazaar and interesting independent shops nearby. Just a 10-minute walk away there was Pimlico tube station. The hotel was immaculately clean with exceptionally friendly staff.

Very tasty and enjoyable breakfast with local ingredients was available. The team provided a fantastic service.

The staff were chatty, didn't expect that coming.

It is an urban building, the rooms are nicely decorated and new-fashioned with comfortable beds. The location is very central. The hotel staff is really helpful and dedicated.

The breakfast was delicious, savoury for my taste. The location was marvellous, close to a ferry port, so it was really easy to travel around. Sometimes it was rainy outside, so I went to Karinca Cafe, had some food there.

Overall it is a quirky hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the location was amazing really close to everything. The staff are exceptionally kind and amazingly nice and deserve a 4-star rating. Make sure you stay in the guest room with the view of the street. The property provides a fantastic service. Parking is nearby.

The hotel was wonderful relaxing and reasonably clean with an amazing bar. The restaurant here was great at the lobby, we both ordered hot dishes. Besides, the location was particularly good and fab for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a cobblestone street.

The staff was hospitable and smart, providing an excellent service. There were an electronic key card, a work desk and a satellite TV in my tidy room. The breakfast was marvellous, plus the location was unbeatable.

Exceptionally kind and incredibly nice staff, gave a lot of tourist information. Really tasty breakfast selection with great coffee, cheese etc, a spectacular view, everyone could find their favorite food.

Appreciated our enjoyable stay for a business trip. The hotel was a cosy base for enjoying a crowded area, close to new Galata port area, and bars and clubs. The breakfast was savoury, lots of brilliant food. We had street view with a comfortable bed. Attentive and caring staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. The hotel had a very central location and it was close to Tophane.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. Tidy and decent units with twin beds, A/C, for example, and the staff were welcoming. Loved the tasty breakfast.
