Surmeli Istanbul Hotel

I liked the stay. My stay was good for six more nights. The location was good, eas to access to the metro station, and the bed comfortable. Also, The Grave of a Nazi Dog was next door.

It's a beautiful and gorgeous place for short stay. Superior double room is well-equipped, has a good bathroom. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic with cheese, there’s an option for each taste. The property has a marvellous location, close to Cavahir mall and Metro, taxi and tram and business centre.

I greatly enjoyed the room on upper floors. I was offered an incredible breakfast at 10:45. The location was marvellous and amazing, you can visit Fulya Yeni Cami by walking. This hotel met what was needed in every way, can recommend.

Nice room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. A great selection of facilities such as: a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

Greatly enjoyed my stay thanks to the polite and courteous staff of this hotel.

As for me, the area was quite loud.

Tbh, had an amazing stay during my 5 nights visit. Clean and the stuff was helpful. The food was amazing with variety of choice! Everything was nice, but a few employees were awfully rude. The location was particularly good, not far from the tube station and big malls.

All in all everything was perfect, had a decent stay during my 5 nights visit. Incredible breakfast, best ever had, with cheese.

The staff were uneducated, didn't expect that coming.

This hotel was located in a central area right by business centre, the city center and Cavahir mall and Metro. Besides, it was 2 km away from Yildiz Palace.

The hotel's location was excellent, just next door to taxi and tram to the city center, Cavahir mall and Metro and business centre. I visited Ukiyo Lounge & Bar not too far from the venue for a few drinks.

We got an exceptionally clean room and terrific service. The hotel provided a fantastic breakfast with jam. The staff was excellent co-operating and excellent, kept everything clean and nice.

We were in Istanbul for 3 days, had really great stay, the hotel was fairly clean with marvellous and perfect location to nearest Metro station. Got quiet and big size superior queen room on upper floors as expected, truly enjoyed it. Fantastic breakfast at 10:45 was available.

Best possible location to Nisantasi. Positioned in the nice enough area, next to other shopping mall and business centre. Breakfast with jam.

Loved my GREAT stay for a business trip. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The hotel had a central location and it was a minute walk from Profilo Shopping Center.

Didn't like the area, it was quite loud.

Loved our rooms on upper floors. A shower, a hairdryer and soft bathrobes were a plus. The hotel had a marvellous location near an old stadium.

The total stay was decent for a business trip. The food was amazing, with variety of options. The staff were courteous, helped with any issues.

The location was good, with Trattoria Serenzo nearby. We liked everything at surmeli istanbul including service and the food. The entire staff was helpful. Yildiz hamidiye camii and many other tourist places were close to the hotel:)))
