No reason to complain, the venue exceeded all expectations, strongly recommend it. Everything seemed great, welcoming staff, huge rooms. My room included iron/ironing board, coffee/tea makers and a work desk. Wasn't expecting to have kitchen...

Deluxe apartment was big and modern. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dishwasher worked well. Perfect and perfectly comfortable location, it was close to a subway station.

Overall, it's decent place for exploring Istanbul attractions. The staff are professional, we really enjoyed them. The location is unbeatable and excellent, close to metro station. Furthermore, it's right by a supermarket close by, the Galataport and Istanbul.

the hotel was located not far from a supermarket close by, istanbul and the galataport. the room was modern and fairly quiet and it had shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet, that's cool. the staff were competent and good and offered guidance. the location close to metro station was marvellous and magnificent.
