The staff was exceptional and the place was clean. There were a laptop safe, a minibar and central heating in my good-sized and cosy room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as were the pillows. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, overlooking city. I had some drinks at Zucca Pizza, positioned 200 metres away. No complaints, I liked this place, recommend.

Absolutely amazing hotel, excellent staff and good food. The location excellent very close to Osmanbey metro station. So close to Taksim Square, restaurants, and Taksim, Nishantashi e. Modern unit with new beddings as well as comfortable bed.

Enjoyed our stay here and didn't feel like leaving. We have stayed in this amazing hotel for 11 nights, everything was good, the location was amazing since close to main transports. The breakfast was adequate and incredibly nice, with a great selection of goodies. There where absolutely perfect & modern rooms with new beddings, 3 single beds, for instance.

We were in Istanbul for 7 days, had comfortable stay, the hotel was fairly clean with marvellous location close to metro. The breakfast was adequate for all nationalities and all the food was appetising.

came here for 7 nights with my family, had a quite comfortable stay. very close to a subway station, the location was amazing and magnificent, close to main transports. taksim district was worth staying in. i enjoyed this well-maintained and excellent hotel and did not want to leave there, totally recommend.
