It was a nice comfy base for holidays, had really good time. The views of city were good and the staff members were caring and attentive.

The location was magnificent and stunning, around 10-15 minutes walk from French Street.

The restaurant was great for Turkish breakfast here, I had appetising dishes. An electronic key card, a work desk, and coffee/tea making machines available were an advantage. The whole staff was supper friendly and affable. The setting was quite amazing within easy reach of a modern bridge.

This place was chic and the staff was caring. Everything was perfect, however a few employees were not very helpful. Its double room was new-fashioned with an amazing view and jetted tub plus huge bathroom. The location was magnificent and lovely, next to such places like a cathedral and a mosque.

Early check in and in general exceptional service. Well-maintained and stylish room available with great views, a balcony and elegant design.

Everything was good, amazing location near to lovely bars, the ferry station and the bridge and the restaurant, very special experience. The booked room was new-fashioned and fashionable with a view. Had all necessary amenities, a minibar, a sofa bed, and central heating. All the employees were superfriendly and consistently courteous.

The property was stylish and we had a very very good stay. The provided breakfast was delicious with breath-taking seaview, superb coffee plus a very nice waitress.

There was a wide range of appetising meals. The check in was early, the staff was consistently courteous and incredibly welcoming.

The double room was stylish, everything was perfect. The staff were caring and attentive, tried to make the stay a very special experience. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was exceptional. Very central location so close to Very close to the ferry station, famous place for breakfast much cheaper and Asian side of Istanbul less than in 30 minutes, it was in a very trendy area. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

The hotel staff was not so helpful.

Trendy, huge rooms with great views. Stunning location to Karakoy port station & tram station, in the very trendy area. Besides, very convenient to Karakoy Rihtim.

Location: the hotel was near to the Galata bridge, the ferry and waterfront restaurants, and the Galata tower. Thanks to caring and attentive stuff I had a special stay. The double room was trendy and new-fashioned, with an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar and an air conditioning...

The location was lovely, for example, Galata Tower was not too far from the hotel.

That parking lot was missing.

Perfect place to stay 3 km away from an enormous palace. Modern and well-designed units with balcony, great views, as for instance. Wonderful experience there.

We were offered executive suite with a mini bar, a heating system and a personal safe which were very good. In addition, free WiFi was provided. It was worth its 4 stars.

It's a quiet hotel in Istanbul. It had satellite television, heating and a private safe in the rooms, really loved that. 10 minutes on foot from the subway.

Nothing to complain about at all.
