the staff was very amiable and affable providing assistance. it was in a quiet and great location minutes away from restaurants and cafes. minutes away from interesting places, because an underground station was minutes away from the hotel.

The area was scary.

The double room I was given was complete with a balcony. The staff was amicable, helpful all the time.
