Hotel Zurich Istanbul Old City

The hotel was located good for us, walk from a tube station.

We had a problem with conditioner, it was leaking.

Everything was clean and good! Great-sized and recently refurbished room, stunning location next to a metro AND a tramline. Marvellous breakfast with perfect view from the roof, natural juices, cheeses and good service.

The location was great and perfect as it was near a tube station. This hotel was located in a wonderful area.

The staff - some of them were not that friendly.

View on old town was panoramic, the room was stocked and compact.

Well, it was a really really nice stay for our vacation. The standard room was brand-new, had a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The bed was very comfy, a bathtub worked well. Amiable staff was available all the time. Good and beautiful hotel's location, as it was walk from a subway station.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

The bedroom was decent sized and fashionable. I was offered a nice hot and marvellous breakfast with perfect view from the roof. The location of the hotel was marvellous, near a subway station, and I really enjoyed that.

Hot breakfast is served in the restaurant. The location is magnificent, near the Trum station Gulhane near Hagia Sophya. And it's nestled in a very very good building so close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and many more as well as close to the metro.

Overall it was well stocked and well furnished, with an open bathroom. The location was in a nice place, really close to the taxi and grand bazar, blue mosque and church, I thoroughly enjoyed that.

Slices of fresh bread, cereal, and pastries were a nice touch. The room was a nice size with a panoramic view on old town.

Fairly quiet area, very central location right by the night club and Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and many more.

We thoroughly enjoyed amazing and adequate breakfasts in the restaurant. The location was excellent and ideal because it was adjacent to the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia which was a plus, tram and metro, and very interesing tourist attractions. Moreover, it was not too far from a limestone aqueduct.

The service cannot be beaten, it's very good with shuttle from the airport and excellent Wi-Fi. The breakfast is good hot and adequate, includes slices of fresh bread, cereals, and pastries. The staff is competent, the room is well decorated and well stocked.

Comfortable and stunningly beautiful property with pleasant employees who took care of our every request. Great-sized and nice styled room with a newly renovated interior. Great and unbeatable location, peaceful area. A good restaurant and a disco bar available.

Its location is the best and absolutely fabulous with a panoramic view of the sea.

Make sure you stay in the standard room with double beds. It has good location to see The Sehzade Mosque.

Booked the hotel for its great and absolutely perfect location just off the tram and the metro, nice restaurants and many non-clothing shops, cafes and restaurants.

It has both excellent and superfriendly staff. The standard queen room is recently renovated with single beds, an open window, as example.

Wonderful place, it was clean and had really good and pleasant staff upon check in the receptionist. The breakfast with omelette, a view of Istanbul, several options available such as fresh breads was amazing. The location for Istanbul was great and absolutely perfect, right by several attractions, nice restaurants, the bus station and the metro station, and the discotheque. I ate in the non-smoking restaurant nearby.

Marvellous and gorgeous breakfast with variety of options, pleasant and fairly clean place. Variety of options, lovely food. Early check-in, marvellous location not far from the restaurants, and the M2 metro station. Plus, walking distance to Sariyer Sahil Yolu. They provided good service. Shuttle available from the airport if needed. Great way to end our weekend.

The restaurant had lots of nice meals for breakfast. Very amiable and extremely helpful staff members despite multiple request and kept the hotel clean. The venue was set in the central position not far from İstanbul, both a metro, and famous monuments.

I did not want to leave there, had a very pleasant experience and would definitely book here again. Everything was really good from the very good service to the nice food. The staff were exceptionally attentive and caring and the location was magnificent near metro station.

Was a useful base for weekend. Had a wonderful stay by the hotel cleaning service. The room I booked was neat and newly renovated with bathroom and double beds. They provide many type of service - amazing bar, excellent wi-fi, shuttle from the airport. Btw, it has private parking. The location is convenient and the best, the check in is early. Close to a tube station, you can easily travel around Istanbul.

The hotel had a very central location close to Subway station. What's more, it was so close to Istanbul, the main sightseeing area of Istanbul and several attractions, nice restaurants, the bus station and the metro station. The beds and pillow were large.

The location was incredible, within walking distance of an 18th - century Ottoman mosque. It offered amazing service and appetising food too.

The restaurant was very nice at seven floor view here, I had delicious dishes. Sea view was superb. The staff were attentive and top-class people despite multiple request, and the location was prime. Plus, an Ottoman imperial mosque was close by.

The unit we got was huge with the bathroom as well as single beds. The swimming pool was good too.

Excellent place for a city trip in Istanbul! Kaya Restaurant was 10 mins walk away...

Good location and brilliant prices. Situated 15 mins walk from hagia sophia museum and next to other tourist spots. Emek saray restaurant served dishes within 300 feet off the hotel. Fatih neighborhood was worth exploring;))
